🚫 What if I miss a lesson?
If you don’t attend a scheduled lesson, it will be deducted
If a tutor misses a lesson, the cost will be credited back to your balance
🔄 How to reschedule lessons?
You can reschedule but not cancel lessons—canceled lessons are non-refundable
Rescheduling is possible at least 12 hours before the lesson or by agreement with the tutor
Tutors can also suggest rescheduling via chat
💰 How does the refund work?
You have 14 days after your first subscription to request a refund for unused lessons if something doesn’t work for you
👨🏫 Can I change my tutor?
Yes, anytime during your subscription—for free
